As a Real Estate Professional I want to do what's right for you in today's Real Estate market.  That is what you hire a professional that can educate you in what I do every day.

In today's market there is more disclosures and paperwork to fill out when you sell or buy a home than any time in history because of today's heavily regulated environment. You will benefit from the assistance you will receive from becoming well educated in the entire sales process. 

My job is to truly explain, educate, and act as a buffer in negotiations with all parties throughout the entire transaction.  I find that the vast majority of people don't want to get involved in that conflict; they want somebody in the middle of it so you and your family, moving forward, can live the lifestyles you want.

After having 23 years of experience in the banking industry, I can assist in many details that include, talking to the appraiser and your lender that will get things done right for you.  I can help you understand today's real estate values when setting the price on a listing or an offer to purchase.  Whether I am dealing with a buyer or a seller, what the home is listed at and putting an offer at, depends on values. I am here to help you understand what the values are in today's marketplace.  What I am talking about is current value and projecting going forward. Is this really the right time to sell your house? Is this really the right time to buy a house?  I am here to assist you in the entire process.
